Botànic was born from a very simple idea: to create the kind of restaurant we would always want to return to ourselves.

That idea has been at the heart of Botànic since day one. We believe in doing things without rushing, in the value of exceptional ingredients, in the creativity that comes from curiosity, and in the pleasure of sharing a table without watching the clock.

Our cuisine is rooted in the Mediterranean while embracing an open-minded view of the world. We are inspired by what we discover through travel, by flavours that stay with us long after the meal, and by the freedom to combine techniques, cultures and ingredients to create something with its own distinctive identity. We don’t cook to follow trends; we cook to create emotion through flavour.

Botànic is nature, but it is also movement. It is food, music, conversation, light, wine, lingering moments around the table, and people enjoying the same space together.

Because we believe a restaurant should be more than just a place to eat. It should be a place to connect with the people around you, with the moment, and with the simple pleasure of enjoying life without rushing.
